Our approach
We are a Black and woman owned psychotherapy practice providing affirming, evidence-based mental health care to the BIPOC and LGBTQ community. We assist clients by providing individual psychotherapy through a HIPAA compliant online platform. We assist pre-licensed counselors by providing affirming clinical supervision.
Let us help you today.
Providing you with a safe space to grow
At this time, we are only meeting with clients through a HIPAA compliant online platform. You can participate in your therapy session in any comfortable and confidential setting.
Supporting all parts of your identity and experiences
We support clients who are struggling to manage or express BIG feelings and those who feel like their emotions have flatlined. Our clients struggle with their relationship to food, substances, partner(s), intimacy, sex and sexuality. Our clients have stressed about work, their future, the meaning of life and the desire to exist. Some of our clients recognize a sense of discomfort in their body, because of traumatic experiences or because they feel like they are in the wrong body. Many of our clients sense that something feels ‘off’ and are unsure what is missing or how things became so difficult.
At All Parts Seen, we know these experiences can make it hard to live an authentic and peaceful life. We understand you may not feel like a victim of your experiences and the word survivor or resilient doesn’t feel comfortable or accurate. We realize you probably weren’t trying to survive the hardest moments of your life; sometimes, you are just trying to get through the day.
Our team is experienced in supporting a wide range of client concerns. We SEE you and want to help you navigate these challenges as effectively as possible.
